Terms for using Primori

These Terms govern access to the Primori iOS app and related services provided under the Primori name.

Last updated: 10 July 2026
Effective date: 10 July 2026

1. Publisher identity

  • Legal name: Mickael Lokhate
  • Business name: Primori
  • Legal status: Individual entrepreneur
  • Postal address: France, Alpes-maritime
  • Contact email: contact@mickaellokhate.fr

2. Service description

Primori is a private digital service for adults who want to save, organize and share a child's memories with a limited family group. Children do not create independent Primori accounts.

  • Free service: private account access, private memory management and lower monthly usage limits.
  • Premium service: higher monthly usage limits and owner-controlled family collaboration features synchronized through Apple and RevenueCat.

3. Account creation and onboarding

  • You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Primori may offer anonymous onboarding through Firebase Authentication before you complete or link a permanent account.
  • If you later connect that anonymous account to a permanent account, Primori may merge the anonymous data into the permanent account.

4. Family roles and collaboration

  • One owner account controls each family space.
  • Only the owner can invite, remove and manage collaborators.
  • The owner and collaborators can view and add memories.
  • Only the owner can create, edit or delete growth entries.
  • Collaborators can view growth entries but cannot modify them.

5. User responsibilities and content permissions

  • Use Primori only for lawful personal or family purposes.
  • You remain responsible for obtaining all permissions needed to upload images, recordings and information concerning children, co-parents, relatives and any other person whose data appears in the service.
  • You must invite only people you trust to access the relevant family space.
  • You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent or malware-related content, or attempt to bypass signed URLs, quotas or access controls.

6. Ownership of uploaded content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content to Primori, you grant a limited, non-exclusive license for hosting, storing, processing, transmitting and displaying that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service for you and the collaborators you have authorized.

7. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation and refunds

Paid features are purchased through Apple. Apple remains responsible for billing, renewal and cancellation flows shown to you in the App Store or in your Apple account settings.

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal.
  • Deleting your Primori account does not itself cancel your Apple subscription.
  • Refund requests are subject to applicable law and Apple's billing rules. Nothing in these Terms removes your mandatory consumer rights or any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Account deletion

Account deletion must be initiated from inside the Primori iOS app. If you cannot access the app, contact contact@mickaellokhate.fr for fallback assistance. See Account Deletion for the current deletion behavior.

9. Availability, changes and suspension

Primori aims to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features, quotas and technical flows may change where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product evolution.

Primori may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security incidents or serious breaches of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply more favorably to you.
